Immigrants at Nightfall

This mural, "Immigrants at Nightfall," was painted in 1942 by Loren Mozley as part of the New Deal public murals program. The mural displayed at the Post Office in Alvin, Tx until 1966, when it was folded up and placed in storage, where it remained forgotten for decades.
